Colorado Symphony and the Flobots Celebration Concert and 2015 Humanitarian Awards
In celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and the 50th Anniversary of the passage of the Voting Rights Act,
Denver provided an evening of music and inspiration. Hosted by Tamara Banks, the evening was classy and full of character. The Colorado Symphony never disappoints! The sheer elegance of their sound resonates to the depths of the soul. But their diversity was most impressive when performing along side alternative hip-hop band,the Flobots. With a message of empowerment through creative education, the Flobots encourage their fans and audiences to utilize music as a tool for social movements. Together, the Colorado Symphony and the Flobots convey the true power of music!
